Hello and a warm welcome. My name is Sarah Coe and I am an experienced Counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
I offer counselling sessions to adult individuals from a confidential, safe and quiet log cabin within the garden of my home set in the peaceful village location of Bardwell, 9 miles north east of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
Sometimes we struggle through life with relationship problems or with deep feelings such as grief, anxiety, sorrow and confusion that we think we have to carry alone and there are times in our lives when we all just need a bit of space and peace to work out exactly where are lives are and where we would like to be – having someone by your side in these times can bring about change quicker than struggling alone.
I can work with you to help you make sense of those difficult feelings, explore those changes which you feel would benefit you, helping you to fulfil your potential.
