Hello and a warm welcome. My name is Sarah Coe and I am an experienced Counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
I offer counselling sessions to adult individuals from my confidential, safe and quiet cabin within the garden of my home set in the peaceful village location of Bardwell, 9 miles north east of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
Sometimes we all find ourselves struggling through life, facing emotions & feelings, situations & behaviours that we think we have to manage alone. At these times in our lives we just need a bit of space & peace to talk, be heard and work out exactly where we are in our lives & where we want to be.

I am a caring, empathetic counsellor with a friendly, professional approach who is committed to your personal growth and wellbeing. I can offer you a safe space to talk over the things that are troubling you, helping you to understand those parts of your life that may be causing you distress and enabling a clarity to move forward in the direction that you feel is best for you.
My ethos is one of true compassion which is rooted in my deep respect for every person making this decision to reach out for support. I will not be passing judgement nor will I tell you what to do -I am here to guide and support you to reach the answers and decisions you need for yourself but that may feel too painful, confusing or difficult to work out on your own right now.
